Identifying and Treating Maladaptive Responses To the Nuclear Threat

Connie Peck

Four types of behavior problems are identified- "nuclear depression", "nuclear phobia", "nuclear dependence", and "nuclear mania". The origins of these maladaptive responses are discussed and ideas for intervention to help bring the individual to a state of "nuclear coping" are offered.
