If you're going to take Vitamin C don't go for the type which contains ascorbic acid, it will decrease your blood PH and it will cause acidosis. Instead, try and find a Vitamin C which contains Sodium Ascorbate, its alkaline based vitamins and it will not cause any acidosis.
